Eloise's Rawther Unusual Halloween is another adventure of Eloise - the little girl living in the Plaza hotel in New York City. In this episode, Eloise is getting excited for Halloween. She hears a rumor that there is a ghost in the hotel - and she starts investigating.
The hotel manager swears up and down that he "made it up" to add a little ambiance to the hotel, but Eloise swears SHE has seen the imaginary ghost and she's sure he's real. Eloise is never one to back down - and this situation is no different. Eloise and her friends go out trick or treating and she ends up finding a trick or two - and that ends up being a treat!
