In our house, there's some talk about going to Disney World on vacation - and the best thing about these documentaries is that they really do prepare you for the planning behind the planning when it comes to organizing your trip.
If you've been to Disney World or plan to go soon, I highly suggest this documentary to add a lot to your triptastic-ness. You can get together as a family and discuss what lands/places to visit as well as look carefully at the prospective hotel rooms too.
